Chris is the managing editor and main blogger for The Fold. He primarily focuses on national politics with the occasional state and local mix. He has been known to throw a sports post up as well.He began blogging in 2004 shortly after feeling mesmerized by another four years of neoconservative control. Being employed by a certain senate staff as he was at the time, forced the closure of his blogging. Then in 2007 after deciding not to take a staff position with Senator Barack Obama, Chris felt like he had to do something to keep from feeling regret the rest of his life. The Fold Blog is the brainchild of such regret.
He holds a B.A. in political science; M.A. in American history and is currently a doctoral student in higher education.
He currently works at a community college. This blog has nothing to do with his employment and the views expressed on this site are solely his, or of the pertaining contributor or commenter.
Some of his published work is listed below:
Books:
Democratic Development and Political Terrorism: The Global Perspective
The Politics of Presidential Selection (due out sometime this year, hopefully-- researcher/editor, lot of work put into this one)
Fifty-Two Simple Ways To Make A Difference (researcher/editor)
Our Culture of Pandering (foreign policy chapter is all mine baby! researcher/editor)
