I wouldn't want to mess with Josh Marshal when it comes to details. I'd arm wrestle him. Maybe even challenge him to a game of trivia. But I would never mess with him on details, especially in print media.
The guy nearly single-handily stopped the GOP's 2005 plan to privatize Social Security. He did single handily break open the Bush U.S. Attorney General sacking scandal. Oh and don't forget Josh is the reason Trent Lott was removed as senate minority leader in 2002. All of it because of his very keen eye for details. Times beware.
