There is a new beer in town and it's so good that it has prompted me to write for the very first time on this blog about beer. It's Sam Adams Noble Pils and it's proof God wants us to be happy.
It has a nice golden color with just the right amount of hops. A slight bitter taste at the beginning but it quickly goes away after a couple drinks. It's very smooth and even better if drank out of the Sam Adams designed pilsner mug. Gets a little foamy but what beer doesn't. Has an aroma that must be inhaled before any tasting.
Drinking it I can only think this is exactly how a Pilsner should taste. A lot of "good beer" drinkers aren't fans of Pilsners but this is not some light beer. This is actually the embodiment of what a Pilsner design is all about. I recommend it if for no other reason than it will make you forget all about winter.
