No Apology

Rep. Alan Grayson refuses to apologize for referring to the Republican health care plan as "die quickly." Plainly states if anyone deserves an apology it's the American people for how the debate is being handled.

Because Grayson hurt the Republicans' feelings, they have introduced a resolution disapproving of his behavior. Grayson's reply is already infamous.

What is this, junior high school? Do they think my feelings are hurt? Just what do these people think health care means? It's not some abstract "issue", we're talking about life and death! And the Republicans, who ran the government in full or in part from 2001-2009, chose to let those 44,000 people die, every single year when they were in power. And George W. Bush, whom the Republicans somehow pretend was not President for the last eight years, just let them die. He even vetoed health care for poor children.

So apologize? I don't think so.

Dead on. Looks like something I would have written. This guy's definitely got it going on. Later he even goes on to call Republicans "foot-dragging, knuckle-dragging Neanderthals." He must read The Fold cause I've been calling them cavemen for quite some time. There's nothing wrong with calling it like it is. A cock sucker is a cock sucker where I'm from.

Republicans can't comprehend a world where they are not portrayed as super tough, squared-jawed, Freedom Fighters. They do everything they can to hide their insecurities like how Republican Members of Congress enjoy a single payer health care system but want to deny it to everyone else. When they are treated with the disrespect they give everyone else, they grab their security blankie and hide.

Completely insane Michelle Bachmann a member of the very moral values Party, the party that demands an apology from Rep. Grayson, says the Democratic health care reform plan will create "sex clinics" where 13 year old girls will get abortions. Wheeee!
