I could link to a video or even embed it into this post of a crazy lady telling fellow so-called conservatives to buy more guns to defend against President Obama's drive towards fascist-Marxism, but I won't. She's a nobody. She's insane. She has a lot of problems that belong solely to her, but, most importantly, she's a private citizen accountable to no one but herself.
What I will do is embed a video of an incumbent Republican Congressman attending the very same meeting the with lady mentioned above, plainly stating the President of the United States is un-American.
Therein lies the difference. Mainstream Republicanism has become so fringe that I no longer have to link to crazy Tea Baggers, I can merely go straight to publicly elected Republican officials to prove their lunacy. When people try to shrug off the crazies, it's kinda difficult when the crazies are in control.

To be sure as not to take the whole thing out of context, the 'How To Take Back America' conference was attended by multiple elected Republican officials including former and current Republican presidential candidates. It wasn't just the one wacko embedded above. This is a conference where Serious Republican officials flocked to rally the base. They talked about very Serious and mainstream issues like how the president is a socialist-nazi; how President Obama is trying to start a dictatorship, how Obama is a Muslim; how the president is an "enemy of humanity;" and other commonly discussed themes like how the president is "anti-white."
These are a very scary people. And they are a national political party that wants to lead this country. The terrorists have the plane.
