I don't see anything wrong with this. If Wilson saw fit to speak up and say what he did then there is nothing wrong for the House as a body to speak up and rebuke him for it. It is well within the powers of the House of Representatives to do this. Censure might have been a little bit extreme but shaking their finger at him is fitting.
