Finding the Link

Interesting pick up from Zachary Roth this morning. It seems top level Bushies, including that of Big Dick Cheney, bragged in 2004 about gaining evidence about Iraq-al Qaeda links by interrogating detainees at Gitmo. One Army Lt. Col. even admits such links were something "they were tasked to look at." This seems to be right on par with intel officials who stated they were ordered to torture detainees to get false confessions about Iraq-al Qaeda links.
