Campaign Notes

Let me get this straight. The GOP and its supporters are the very people who oppose a woman's right to privacy. They have built nearly their entire Party around abortion and gay marriage. Now the GOP wants people to believe that a teen pregnancy is a private matter. So why isn't this a tactic they've been practicing in the political realm? Obviously a woman's privacy only applies to a Republican presidential candidate and no one else.

*Update:

As proof the right wing could careless about a pregnant woman's privacy or caring for newborn babies, as one of her first executive decisions Sarah Palin line-item vetoed funding for none other than teen mothers .

Not all of us are as fortunate as Bristol Palin. Not all of us have mothers who are governors or mothers that can financially afford for teens to have babies. Some pregnant teens, yes ones who are not Republican and do not have mothers as VP nominees, actually need state money to help care for their newborns. The very newborns Sarah Palin's GOP claims should be born at all costs. Life doesn't end at birth. Why should Bristol's baby be any different?
